Lovely Kitty!

Very tired right now, after three all-nighters in the last week and a bit. BUT with only a chapter and a bit to go, the End is In Sight. Tonight I pull the pin at 1.30 at latest. Definitely. However, something wonderful happened this evening. Mme cooked a wondrous dinner, and just before it my computer decided it wouldn't let me save anything. I anathematized it crossly, only to be interrupted by an insistent Dougal clawing at the closed door. He now knows how to open the door himself and does so when it pleases him. He came in to purr all over me. So I stroked his fur for a while and then remembered how to fool my box into doing it the way I want it to every time it tries to give me that ol' Hard Disk Full notice.

His timely interruption was very welcome. "O Noe! Mastr In Trubbl! Must Go Purr at Hem!"
What a sweet boy he is.
