Absolutely! But you would have to be very certain. It's a 2nd-order DE of the type we used to do in Specialist, because you're probably going fast enough to have dv/dt = gsintheta - kv - lvsquared. And you would want to do several measurements to get the constants right! Not to mention (a) wind fluctuations and (b) making damn sure your departure down the slide is exactly parallel.
